Aquamassage

Aquamassage is just beginning to become popular within the malls of Europe. This unique and special type of massage is carried out by 36 precisely aimed and pressure adjustable jets of warm water in a Aqua Massage Machine. The Aqua Massage Spa is amazing in that in spite of using water to give one of the best massages ever the customer can remain fully clothed and yet does not get wet.

Removing only ones shoes the customer lies face down on the Aqua Massage Bed. This has a comfortable design allow room for the head and arms to relax. The upper half of the Aqua Massage Machine is closed above and a soft nylon sheet covers the body of the client. The operator then starts the Aquamassage operation. Warm water then starts to pummel the body vigorously and initially it may tickle a little. Fairly soon however the benefits are clearly felt. The intensity and areas of massage are controllable and so it can help to break down fat and cellulite or concentrate on aching muscles. Most people prefer for the Aquamassage machine to do its own work.

The Aquamassage Table was first developed some twenty years ago and has continued to improve. Now it can be found right around the world. The price of Aqua massage treatment starts at around £10.00, which compares very well to that offered by human masseuse.

This type of massage is so different that it really needs a name all of its own. Aquamassage probably does describe it best. The experience is similar to that felt in a jacuzzi that has gone wild or under a waterfall. Here though you don't get wet. Your circulation is stimulated and digestion aided and there are claims of quite rapid weight loss when combined with a sensible diet.

The Aquamassage is a controllable experience. Something to be tried in the mall and once the benefits are felt, serious consideration given to purchase. This more than a fad. In the home this is like having your own untiring and consistent masseuse.

Business Investment

As a business investment the Aquamassage Spa is well worth consideration. No plumbing or cleanup (other than a quick wipe) is required. Anyone can operate it. It is safer than a tanning booth and the beneficial effects are felt almost immediately. Taking up very little space the Aquamassage could be located in most beauty parlours or gyms. Sessions could be offered by gift voucher as a birthday or anniversary treat.

Aquamassage Machine At Work

Though the positive effects of the Aquamassage will be obvious from the first time it is tried. It is unique though and it does replace some of the benefits that one can experience in other types of massage. It cannot replace them all however so there will always still be room for a Thai, Oil or Soapy Massage.

Very interesting, Peter, in spite of all of the benefits you mentioned, I think I'll stick with the "soapy".

4hourmike - I think you have to look on aquamassage as something quite different to normal massage. As different as chalk and cheese.

sord87 - I can imagine these hitting the Mall of Asia if they have not done so already. I am surprised if they are not already in Malaysia. These really are a goldmine for anyone with the cash to invest. I think the Fish Spa is something which will disappear once the novelty wears off but these are here to stay. First in wins the biggest slice of the cake.

I haven't seen one yet in a shopping centre in the UK, but I will certainly look out for them as they sound like you can get a great, reasonably priced massage.

LizzyBoo - you are too kind. I saw, I thought, I wrote....and went to bed tired. Like you I could do with a massage too. Mind you a good Thai massage is irreplaceable.

Hello, hello - like you, this is something I would invest in. Practically maintenance free and once the initial cost is paid you would be on a rapid uphill profit climb.

CMHypno - Head on over to Westfield in Shepherds Bush and experience it for yourself. It is more massage for your minute and so definitely good value.

We don't have aqua massage in malls yet but we have aqua massage spa and I have tried it. The whole spa is really one big building with several levels of swimming pools and various water treatment massage. I truly enjoyed the experience in the aqua massage spa and I'm planning to go back for another "treatment" one of these days.

Thanks for sharing this info about a portable aqua massage spa Peter.
