Two Hour Girlfriend

Why would anyone ever want a girlfriend for two hours? Well, why not? Any relationship is a transient thing. A relationship may last for days, weeks or even years but ultimately there will be a parting.

Two hours is long enough to chat and learn about each other. Even to share secrets. It's long enough to know if you like each other. This is un-speed dating. Dating in the fast zone.

My two hour girlfriends have been ladies in massage parlours in South East Asia. In fact it was one of these who coined the phrase "The Two Hour Girlfriend". As she rightly pointed out it could be one hour or one and a half hours but few go over the two hour relationship.

The two hour girlfriend is not a date in the normal sense of the word. She is though a psychologist, a psychiatrist, an adviser, a friend. She will listen, she will talk, advise, may flatter, joke and sing. She will massage not only tense muscles till they relax but massage your ego too. She is a Geisha. She is perfect.

Two hours is too short a time for serious imperfections to appear, either yours or hers, You are paying her for her company. She is a different class of Rent-a-date but no date is cost free.

Sex may just possibly figure in your temporary relationship but then again it may not. Not so different to any date anywhere

Some of my two hour girlfriends have remained my friends. Years after we may talk on the phone or if in the same town may grab a coffee together. A two hour girlfriend can be a friend for life.
