What I have Learned About Women in Fifty Years
Learning About Women
I must have been 12 years old when I had my first serious girlfriend. In the fifty four years since then, with a brief interval, I have always been in a relationship. This includes 29 years of, I thought, a happy marriage.
I love women, I like women, I like being with women. I enjoy the company of women over that of any man. I like the chat, the chatting up, the flirtation, and all the fun of the game. This, along with love really is what makes the world go round.
In fifty years I have never counted my relationships but there have been a few. My Facebook status is 'complicated' and believe me it is.
I am a man. We are fickle creatures. So too are women. But are they?
That really is the whole question here. Just when you think you have it all sorted out in your head then something will happen and the opposite applies. At times it may be delightful and at others dreadful.
So I will continue on life's bumpy road and continuing to learn.
So What Have I Learned About Women in Fifty Years?
Nothing, Zero, Zilch, Bugger All, Nowt, Nada, Naught.
I don't suppose I ever will. Will any man ever truly understand a woman? Meanwhile I am going to have a lot of fun trying. Life really is too short.
As the saying goes "So many women, so little time."
